Minting

To mint ESPN deposit USDS to the vault.

The mint price will start at 100 USDS per ESPN.

The mint price will increase with the value of the underlying assets.

There is no vesting or lockup on ESPN. The vault is completely permissionless and the token will be freely tradable.

Yield

Holding ESPN earns yield over time; the amount of USDS it can be redeemed for increases.

In the future, we will launch staking, which lets users lock their ESPN to earn a higher yield.

Minting Cap

ESPN minting is capped.

ESPN's deposit cap will be closely monitored and adjusted higher based on demand and market dynamics.

We reserve the right to increase or hold the cap at any time.

Redemptions

ESPN is redeemable for the underlying USDS. Redemptions are instant, but may take longer if we need to unwind options trades to meet liquidity demands.
